Orders

As soon as you have placed an order it is binding. Should we encounter any difficulties in delivering the desired goods we will notify you by Email as soon as possible. Until the merchandise is fully paid for it remains the property of Weber’s World.

Prices

All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs excluding 8% VAT/sales tax. The currency may be selected on the front page. The purchaser is responsible for his purchases und the associated duties and taxes as well as possible customs levies. There is no additional charge on payments made by credit card. We reserve the right in the case of printing errors to inform you of the correct price by Email.

Shipping Charges and Delivery

Orders are dispatched through the Swiss Post. Shipping charges are composed of postage and packing costs of goods.

Shipping costs on purchases amount to at least CHF 7.-- in Switzerland, rest of Europe CHF 11.50, overseas CHF 14.--.

The current shipping costs are listed with each order. Free shipping in Switzerland from Sfr. 75.- on.

Delivery Times

Because of holidays, the delivery times from July 15th until July 29th will be 2-3 days longer. Thank you for understanding.

Switzerland:

  • Economy, up to 1 week
  • Priority about 4 working days (processing the order 1-3 days, shipping: 1-2 work days)

Overseas:

 

  • Economy 10-20 working days
  • Priority about 10 working days

With engraving on the knife blade shipping times may be extended by a few days as this engraving is done by the manufacturer.


Liability for shipment abroad

Goods dispatched by priority mail are insured and have a postage tracking number which we are able to follow and check at Weber's World.
Goods that are dispatched by economy mail are forwarded without a postal tracking number. Hence, Weber's World will not be liable for any goods sent under this option.

 

Returns

You may return any goods to us within ten days. For this purpose please the original packaging with the matching boxes, blank guarantee certificates and goods description. Unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns that are incomplete. Just as well as we only accept returns that are unused, clean and in good order. Please place your purchase receipt in with your return and briefly explain why the goods were not in order. Kindly also inform us whether you wish to exchange the goods or if you want a refund on the purchase price.

Postal costs are not refunded except in the case of a wrong delivery of a product by us.
